The 2nd work day at the garden on Saturday 5/11/19 was a very productive. The group transplanted many native plants into their new home.
Columbine, Dutchman’s Breeches, Mayapple, Blue wood aster, Striped maple, Red cedar, Bayberry, Choke cherry, Elderberry and a Gray dogwood.
Work also began in the area of control of invasive plants by cutting the Japanese knotwood and mugwort.
