Urban Oasis Garden Work 5/11/19


The 2nd work day at the garden on Saturday 5/11/19 was a very productive. The group transplanted many native plants into their new home. 

Columbine, Dutchman’s Breeches, Mayapple, Blue wood aster, Striped maple, Red cedar, Bayberry, Choke cherry, Elderberry and a Gray dogwood. 

Work also began in the area of control of invasive plants by cutting the Japanese knotwood and mugwort. 

THANK YOU to all the Volunteers who came out and lent a Helping Hand!

3rd Event is this weekend on Saturday 5/18/19 at 1pm. Looking forward to working with everyone. See you there.
